New Parishioner Registration & Parishioner Update
Thank you for your inquiry about registering at Church of the Nativity. If your physical address falls within the boundaries of our parish, and you would like to officially register, please complete the following form:
Registration forms are also available in the Parish Office during regular business hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday). You are welcome to come in and fill out a form in our office.
Please prayerfully consider you commitments of time, talent and treasure, fill out your forms and return them to the Parish Office. Thank you for your donation.

If you are inquiring about registration in the parish and you DO NOT live within the parish boundaries (see Map & Boundaries link), please call Karen in the Parish Office BEFORE you complete the on-line registration. She will be happy to discuss this with you.
