Facility Scheduling

• Church
  

  There are three adult meeting rooms in the church building:

  • The Conference Room (lower level of church next to Parish Office)
  • The Adult Education Room (lower level, off of the Parish hall)
  • The St. Joseph Room (main level of the church, south side)

  Forms are available to schedule these meeting spaces. Click here to download a copy of the Church room reservation form to fill out and return to Karen in the Parish Office.
  
  The Parish Hall is also available to rent. Please contact Karen at karen@kcnativity.org (This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it) in the Parish Office to inquire about renting the Hall.

• School
  

  There is an adult meeting space in the Library of the school building. We also hold some events in the school Cafeteria after school hours. If you would like to inquire about using a space in the school for your meeting or event please contact Karen at karen@kcnativity.org (This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it) in the Parish Office at 491.5017 or click here to download a copy of the School room reservation form to fill out and return to Karen in the Parish Office.

• Gymnasium

  Our gym is used during the school year for sporting practices and games, as well as various school events. During the summer and when there is availability, we sometimes rent out the gym.
